1. What is your company's main service?

ALPHA specializes in helping enterprises optimize their product ordering, item packaging, shipment packing to save money on shipping costs and reduce their carbon footprint.

2. How does your service work?

Using basic data that you provide, our software analyzes your and / or your suppliers’ current product ordering, item packaging, and shipment packing processes and patterns.

Each time you place an order with your suppliers, you send us your PO in any manner that suits your process (e.g. email, API / EDI).  From there, we immediately pinpoint opportunities to maximize the use of available space on each shipment – so that you do not pay for “packaged air.”

We can also identify trends and suggest improvements to your order quantities and frequency.

3. Can you give me an example of how you have helped a previous client?

Sure! We recently worked with a global leader in the technology manufacturing industry to identify over $16M and 40M tons of CO2 savings potential.  The client was able to save $900 on average per shipment in shipping costs.

4. How much can I expect to save on shipping costs by using your service?

Every business is unique, so it’s hard to give an exact number.

However, we have consistently helped enterprises save anywhere from 10% to 30% on their shipping costs by optimizing their packaging and packing processes.

5. How long does it typically take to see results from using your service?

It depends on the scope of the products and services you choose.

For example, OptiShip can start saving your company up to 20% immediately without making any changes to your packaging materials.

On the other hand, OptiPack can help you save significantly more but only after you are able to introduce alternative packaging materials into your shipping processes.

Our process is simple – we receive your purchase order, optimize your shipment, and send your supplier the purchase order and our packing instructions within minutes. This ensures that your orders are processed quickly and efficiently, without any interruptions to your current processes.

Our solution can integrate with your existing systems via API, EDI, or email, whichever is the most convenient for you. For email-based orders, our system can quickly convert your purchase order.
